If applicable, Jacksonville Heart Center offers a payment plan adjusted to your needs. We can automatically debit your bank account on a monthly basis on the date of your choice. Please contact our patient account representative if you would like more detail.

You may call our Business Office between the hours of 9 AM to 4:30 PM EST to make a payment to your account. The phone number is 904.720.0799.
Jacksonville Heart Center accepts MasterCard, Visa, and American Express for payments to accounts. Please have your credit card available when calling to make a credit card payment over the phone.
Miscellaneous Fees
Returned Checks - There is a $30.00 fee for any returned checks in addition to any fees your financial institution may charge.
No Show Fees - There is a $30.00 fee for not notifying the office at least 24 hours in advance that you will not be able to make your appointment.
No Show Fee For Nuclear Testing - There is a $150.00 fee for not notifying the office at least 24 hours in advance when you are not able to keep your appointment for any type of nuclear testing involving isotopes. This fee will not be covered by your insurance company.
Sleep Studies - There is a $150.00 fee for not notifying the Sleep Center at least 48 hours in advance when you are not able to keep your sleep study appointment. This fee will not be covered by your insurance company.
Cardiology Testing - There is a $75.00 fee for not notifying the office at least 24 hours in advance when you are not able to keep your appointment. This fee will not be covered by your insurance company.
